Newly renovated in a private and secure courtyard with its own lawned back garden.
Perfectly situated in a quiet lane just a stone's throw from Meols Beach and the North Wirral Coastal Park where miles of sand dunes and an abundance of wildlife await you.
There is a flat promenade that stretches from Hoylake to Seacombe perfect for summer strolls and bicycle rides alike.
Ideal for star gazing at night as light pollution is minimal.
If you prefer city adventures, why not take a trip on a ferry across the Mersey to Liverpool? Ferries are hourly from Birkenhead and Seacombe to arrive at Liverpool Pierhead, a perfect place to start exploring The Royal Albert Dock, Tate Gallery, The Beatles, and Maritime Museums.
If you would rather travel by train, Meols Station is only a 15-minute walk away,
where trains to Liverpool run every 15 minutes giving you great access to Liverpool, Chester, and Manchester.

The Hideaway is our newly renovated cottage.
We have strived to make it a comfortable and cosy space that is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Our cottage is fully equipped to ensure that you feel right at home and the courtyard has a hot tub, seating area and BBQ.

The Amenities
There is underbed storage for your belongings along with a hanging rail & shelves, coat hangers & storage boxes.
Our newly renovated cottage comes with a brand new kitchen complete with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster & kettle.
The bathroom includes a walk in shower, bathrobes & towels.
The Hideaway has underfloor heating throughout with two heating controls; one for the bathroom and one for the main living area and bedroom.
Our divan based double bed comes with a pillow top orthopaedic sprung memory mattress to guarantee a great nights sleep, so you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
If you will be travelling in an electric vehicle there is access to an EV charging point. Additional fees and prior arrangements are required.
Our hot tub is here to help you wind down and relax after a long day. Feel free to take advantage of its jets, lighting, and built-in Bluetooth speaker to set the mood to your liking.

Me and my partner stayed over valentine’s weekend. When we arrived there was a heart balloon and welcome hamper, which was lovely. The hideaway was just perfect for the two of us and the weekend was just what we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Our hosts Claire & Peter made us feel right at home from the beginning. Helpful recommendations and clear instructions for access to the property were sent prior to our stay. Our hosts were even kind enough to offer additional decoration to help celebrate the birthday of my partner.
The location of the hideaway is perfect for a quiet reclusive getaway with easy access to local villages shops and pubs, by means of the Meols parade to the back of the property.
The accommodation was clean, excellently furnished with comfortable chairs for relaxation. The hot tub is also a great draw. We can't recommend the hideaway more highly. Thank you again to our fantastic hosts, we had a lovely stay.

A beautiful little cottage in a very quiet area at the end of the promenade, which was a surprise for my wife's 50th. The hideaway is very well equipped, as well as robes, towels and slippers for after the hot tub. There was a large welcome basket on arrival with all the essentials and quite a few goodies. The bed was very comfy and the added extra of Nespresso machine with lots of pods was fantastic. Would return for another visit.

The owners had thought of everything. The place was amazing, and the hot tub set up was first class. I had a great time staying there and it was easy to commute via public transport all over Liverpool and the Wirral. I will definitely be coming back.
The Hideaway is surrounded by convenient travel options.
Our nearest train station is Meols Station which is a 4 minute drive away with an onsite carpark
or if you would prefer to stretch your legs it's a 15 minute walk.
From here the regularly scheduled trains can take you directly to Liverpool where you can venture further afield to Chester, Manchester or North Wales. Or if you would like to stay more local they can take you to our seaside towns of West Kirby or New Brighton.
